Terms of Service
Effective date: 25 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Webstro Talk, a digital astrology and spiritual guidance platform operated by Webflare Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
By registering, accessing the Platform, booking a service, making a payment, receiving a consultation, or providing Gurudakshina, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and other policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree, you must stop using Webstro Talk.
1. About Webstro Talk
Webstro Talk enables users to access astrology and spiritual guidance services from astrologers available through the Platform.

Horoscope Reading
Kundli Analysis
Numerology Report
Marriage Compatibility
Vastu Consultation
Webstro Talk provides the technology and platform infrastructure. Astrologers may operate independently, and their opinions, predictions, interpretations, and recommendations belong to them. Webstro Talk does not guarantee their accuracy, suitability, effectiveness, or results.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You will use the Platform lawfully.
You will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
You will not misuse the Platform or its communication facilities.
You understand that astrology services are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
If you use the Platform for another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
3. Geographic Availability
Webstro Talk is primarily intended for users in India and operates under applicable Indian laws. Users outside India are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with local laws.
Webstro Talk may restrict or suspend access where required for legal, regulatory, security, or compliance reasons.
4. Registration and Account Security
Some features require an account. Registration may require your:
Full name
Email address
Your email must be verified through an OTP. An account is created only after successful verification.
You must provide genuine, accurate, and updated information and must not impersonate another person or create an account using someone else's information without authorisation.
You are responsible for protecting your account, email access, OTPs, devices, and authentication details. You must notify Webstro Talk promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Webstro Talk is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Unless permitted by Webstro Talk, each user should maintain only one active account.
5. No Wallet or Stored Balance
Webstro Talk does not operate a customer wallet, stored-value account, prepaid balance, or internal funds facility.
Users do not need to recharge or maintain money in a Webstro Talk wallet. Payments are made directly for the specific service or booking selected. References in older materials to wallet balances or wallet recharge do not form part of the current service model.
6. Services and Service Information
The scope, format, duration, and delivery method of each service may be described on the relevant service page or during booking.
Services may be delivered through text, chat, audio, video, written reports, digital reports, or other electronic formats.
Webstro Talk may add, modify, combine, or discontinue services, subject to applicable law.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, including birth date, birth time, birth place, questions, property details, or other information required for the selected service. Webstro Talk is not responsible for inaccurate results caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the user.
For Marriage Compatibility or similar services, users should provide information about another person only for a legitimate purpose and obtain permission where required. Unnecessary personal information should not be submitted.
7. Astrologers and Nature of Services
Astrologers may operate as independent service providers. Their statements, interpretations, predictions, and recommendations are their own.
Astrology, numerology, Vastu, and spiritual services are provided for personal guidance, information, self-reflection, spiritual purposes, or entertainment, as applicable. Different astrologers may interpret the same information differently.
Webstro Talk does not guarantee any particular result relating to health, marriage, relationships, career, education, business, finances, property, or future events.
Users are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on information received through the Platform.
8. No Professional Advice
Astrology services are not a substitute for:
Medical diagnosis or treatment.
Mental health or psychological care.
Legal advice.
Tax, investment, financial, or insurance advice.
Professional business advice.
Any other specialised professional service.
Users should consult a qualified professional where a matter involves significant legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other consequences.
9. Astrologer Selection and Pricing
Users may select an available astrologer and service.
For a particular service, the price is determined by Webstro Talk and is generally the same regardless of the astrologer selected.
The price displayed at the time of booking applies to that transaction, subject to disclosed taxes, charges, offers, or lawful corrections. Webstro Talk may change prices prospectively.
10. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is initiated when the user:
Selects a service;
Selects an astrologer, where applicable;
Reviews the service details and price; and
Completes payment.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation and generation or communication of a booking or order confirmation.
A failed, declined, cancelled, reversed, or unconfirmed payment may not create a valid booking.
11. Payments and Taxes
Payments are made directly for the selected service and may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, card networks, or other authorised payment providers.
Webstro Talk generally does not store complete sensitive payment information such as full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. Payment providers may process and retain information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Transactions may be delayed, declined, reversed, or affected by banks or payment providers. Webstro Talk is not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party financial systems.
Applicable taxes and statutory charges will be handled according to Indian law and displayed or communicated where required.
12. Gurudakshina
Where available, Gurudakshina is a voluntary payment separate from the service fee.
Users may decide:
Whether to provide Gurudakshina; and
The amount to provide.
Gurudakshina is not required to book or receive a service and is not included in the service price unless expressly stated.
Transactions may be processed through payment providers and recorded for reconciliation, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal purposes.
13. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Non-Attendance
Users must be available at the scheduled consultation time and maintain a suitable device, internet connection, and access environment.
A consultation may be rescheduled due to astrologer unavailability, technical problems, operational issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If a user fails to attend or participate, the booking may be treated as a missed appointment under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
14. Technical Interruptions
The Platform or a consultation may be affected by internet failures, device problems, maintenance, server issues, payment interruptions, power outages, cybersecurity incidents, third-party failures, or other events beyond reasonable control.
Webstro Talk will make reasonable efforts to restore services or provide an appropriate resolution where practicable.
15. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, duplicate payments, failed transactions, service interruptions, and related matters are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Dissatisfaction with an astrologer's prediction, interpretation, opinion, or advice does not automatically create a right to a refund unless provided under that Policy or required by law.
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway, card issuer, UPI provider, or financial institution.
16. User Conduct
Users agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Use lawful payment methods.
Protect account details.
Treat astrologers and support staff respectfully.
Attend scheduled consultations.
Avoid submitting unnecessary personal information.
Follow these Terms and applicable laws.
Avoid interfering with Platform security or operation.
Users must not:
Create fraudulent accounts or impersonate others.
Provide intentionally false information.
Access accounts or systems without authorisation.
Circumvent security measures.
Introduce malware or harmful code.
Use unauthorised bots or scraping tools.
Manipulate payments or submit fraudulent chargebacks.
Abuse refund procedures.
Harass, threaten, or abuse astrologers or staff.
Disrupt Platform operations or use the Platform unlawfully.
17. Suspension or Termination
Webstro Talk may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where it reasonably believes that a user:
Breached these Terms.
Engaged in fraud or payment abuse.
Provided false or misleading information.
Used the Platform unlawfully.
Created risk for the Platform, users, astrologers, or third parties.
Created legal, regulatory, security, financial, or operational concerns.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Users may request account closure through available Platform features or customer support. Closure may remove access to consultation history, reports, bookings, and other account features. Webstro Talk may retain records where required or permitted for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or protection of legal rights.
18. Reviews and Feedback
Reviews, ratings, comments, and feedback must be genuine and based on actual experience.
Users must not submit false, misleading, abusive, threatening, unlawful, or rights-infringing content. Webstro Talk may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
19. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, interface, logos, trademarks, content, reports, templates, databases, and other materials, belongs to Webflare Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its licensors, or the relevant rights holders.
Using the Platform does not transfer ownership to the user. Unless authorised in writing, users must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or misuse Platform content.
20. Third-Party Services
The Platform may rely on third-party providers for payments, banking, hosting, communications, email, authentication, analytics, security, and other functions.
These providers may have separate terms and privacy policies. Webstro Talk is not responsible for matters arising solely from the independent operation, availability, security, or policies of third-party services.
21. Electronic Communications
By using Webstro Talk, you agree to receive necessary electronic communications, including:
OTPs and account verification messages.
Booking and payment confirmations.
Consultation reminders.
Service and report notifications.
Security alerts.
Support communications.
Gurudakshina confirmations, where applicable.
Important Platform or policy updates.
Promotional communications will be handled according to applicable law and consent requirements.
22. Platform Availability
Webstro Talk will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, defect-free, secure, or device-compatible operation.
The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security measures, or events beyond reasonable control.
23. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Webstro Talk does not guarantee:
The accuracy of predictions, interpretations, or reports.
Any particular consultation result.
The suitability of an astrologer's guidance.
Continuous Platform availability.
Immediate resolution of technical issues.
Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing excludes any right or protection that cannot legally be excluded under Indian law.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Webstro Talk, Webflare Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and their directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:
Use or inability to use the Platform.
Consultations, reports, predictions, or recommendations.
Reliance on astrology or spiritual guidance.
Acts or omissions of independent astrologers.
Payment, banking, UPI, internet, telecommunications, or third-party failures.
Account issues caused by user negligence.
Events beyond reasonable control.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability for a claim will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
25. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webstro Talk, Webflare Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and their respective representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms.
Unlawful or fraudulent use of the Platform.
Violation of another person's rights.
Intellectual property infringement.
Fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
Information unlawfully or falsely supplied by you.
Your conduct toward astrologers, staff, or other users.
26. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Webstro Talk is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, court orders, war, civil unrest, strikes, power failures, internet outages, cyber incidents, payment disruptions, banking failures, or third-party service failures.
Services may be suspended, modified, or rescheduled during such events.
27. Changes to Services and Terms
Webstro Talk may modify, add, remove, or discontinue services, features, formats, prices, or security measures. Changes generally apply prospectively.
Webstro Talk may also update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, business practices, security, or law. Updated Terms will be published with the applicable effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
28. Electronic Records and Acceptance
Registration, OTP verification, Platform use, bookings, payments, communications, and other electronic actions constitute acceptance of these Terms.
Electronic records maintained by Webstro Talk may be relied upon as evidence of such activity to the extent permitted by law.
29. General Legal Provisions
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed only as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations without written consent. Webstro Talk may transfer its rights and obligations to an affiliate, successor, purchaser, or lawful transferee in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and incorporated policies, form the complete agreement governing use of Webstro Talk.
30. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Users are encouraged to contact customer support before starting formal proceedings. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms, the Platform, or Webstro Talk services will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.

Webstro Talk will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and address legitimate grievances within the period required by applicable law or, where no specific period applies, within a reasonable time.

33. User Confirmation
By registering, completing email OTP verification, accessing the Platform, selecting an astrologer, booking a service, making a payment, or providing Gurudakshina, you confirm that:
You have reviewed and understood these Terms.
You understand the nature and limitations of astrology services.
You understand that service prices are determined by Webstro Talk and are generally the same regardless of the selected astrologer.
You understand that payments are made directly for specific services and that no customer wallet or stored balance is operated.
You understand that Gurudakshina is voluntary and that you choose the amount.
You agree to comply with these Terms and other Platform policies.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue using Webstro Talk.
