Refund Policy
Effective date: 25 August 2026
This Refund Policy applies to astrology consultations and related services offered through WebstroTalk, operated by Webflare Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
1. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
The consultation is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
The consultation could not be provided due to an issue attributable to WebstroTalk or the assigned astrologer
A verified technical or payment processing error resulted in an incorrect charge
A refund is otherwise required under applicable law
Refunds are not automatic and are subject to review based on the booking details, consultation status, cancellation timing, and reason for the request.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be available where:
The consultation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time
The customer fails to attend or is unavailable at the scheduled time
The consultation has already commenced
The issue is caused by the customer's device, internet connection, incorrect contact information, or other circumstances outside WebstroTalk's reasonable control
3. Service-Related Issues
If a consultation cannot take place, is interrupted, or is materially affected due to an issue attributable to WebstroTalk or the assigned astrologer, WebstroTalk may offer:
A full or partial refund
Rescheduling of the consultation
Another suitable resolution, where applicable
Customers should report any service or technical issue as soon as possible, preferably during or immediately after the scheduled consultation.
4. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
It will generally be initiated within 3–5 working days from the date of approval.
The refund will normally be returned to the original payment method.
The time taken for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other payment service provider.
The refund amount will generally be limited to the amount actually paid for the eligible service, unless otherwise required by law.
WebstroTalk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment service providers.
5. Gurudakshina
Gurudakshina is a voluntary contribution that a customer may choose to provide to an astrologer after receiving the astrologer's service, guidance, or advice.
Gurudakshina is separate from the consultation fee and is generally non-refundable once successfully completed. It may be reviewed only in limited circumstances, including:
A verified technical or payment processing error
A duplicate charge
An unauthorized transaction
Where a refund is required under applicable law
