The applicable service price is determined by Webstro Talk and, unless otherwise expressly stated on the Platform, the price of a particular service remains the same irrespective of the astrologer selected by the user.
Webstro Talk operates as a technology-enabled platform facilitating access to astrology services and astrologers. The Platform does not independently guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, suitability, or outcome of any prediction, consultation, report, recommendation, or guidance provided through the Platform.
2. User Registration and Account Creation
To use certain features and services of Webstro Talk, users may be required to register an account.
During registration, the Platform may require the user to provide:
Full name; and
Email address.
For the purpose of validating the email address and securing the registration process, email OTP verification is required.
An account is created only after successful completion of the applicable email verification process.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and current information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and access.
Webstro Talk may use the registered email address for account-related communications, service communications, transaction confirmations, security notifications, and other communications described in this Privacy Policy.

Gurudakshina is voluntary.
The user may choose the amount of Gurudakshina at their own discretion.
The amount of Gurudakshina is not predetermined by the astrologer.
Gurudakshina is separate from the applicable price of the astrology service.
The user may decide whether or not to provide Gurudakshina.
Where a Gurudakshina transaction is initiated through the Platform, we may maintain appropriate transaction records for payment processing, reconciliation, accounting, fraud prevention, customer support, dispute resolution, and legal or regulatory purposes.
E. Technical and Usage Information
Certain information may be collected automatically when you access or use the Platform, including:
IP address.

Device type and information.
Operating system.
Device identifiers, where available and permitted.

5. Direct Payment for Services
Webstro Talk does not operate a customer wallet, stored-value account, internal wallet balance, or prepaid account system for purchasing services.
When a user selects an astrology service and proceeds with a purchase, payment is made directly against the specific service order or booking.
The services available through the Platform may include:

The applicable price for a particular service is determined by Webstro Talk and, unless otherwise expressly displayed on the Platform, does not vary based on the astrologer selected by the customer.
Accordingly, selecting a different astrologer does not by itself result in a different service price for the same service.
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways, payment aggregators, banks, or other payment service providers.
6. Gurudakshina
Webstro Talk may allow a user to voluntarily provide Gurudakshina to an astrologer after receiving or using an astrology service.
Gurudakshina is entirely voluntary and is separate from the applicable service fee.
The user may independently determine the amount of Gurudakshina they wish to provide, subject to any minimum or maximum amount that may technically be applicable to a payment transaction.
The customer is not required to provide Gurudakshina in order to access an astrology service unless expressly stated otherwise on the Platform.
Where a Gurudakshina payment is processed through the Platform, relevant transaction information may be collected and retained for payment processing, reconciliation, accounting, security, customer support, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
7. How Your Information May Be Used
Depending on the circumstances, information may be processed for:
Account registration and authentication.
